The Senior Consultant role focuses on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, delivering exceptional customer service support within the Fusion HCM suite. Responsibilities include tracking incidents, diagnosing issues, replicating problems, troubleshooting, and resolving complex, critical cases. This position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, ensuring high-quality functional expertise for client success.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, ensuring timely incident resolution.
• Track, diagnose, and replicate customer-reported issues accurately.
• Troubleshoot complex functional problems in HCM products like Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Conduct configuration, testing, and validation of HCM customizations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge base development.
• Stay updated on Oracle Fusion releases and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
• Deep knowledge of Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Payroll).
• Proven expertise in incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Oracle Fusion HCM certification (e.g., Implementation Specialist).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
