Overview

As a member of the Customer Success Services organisation, you will deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while advocating for their needs. The role involves resolving non-technical inquiries via phone and electronic channels, as well as addressing technical questions on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications. This position is based in the United Kingdom and focuses on ensuring customer success post-implementation.

Responsibilities

• Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in Fusion Cloud HCM modules.
• Deliver implementation support and configuration guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with customers to identify and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain detailed case records and follow up on resolutions.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and best practice workshops.
• Contribute to customer advocacy by relaying feedback to product teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Functional or technical certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Ability to work in the United Kingdom with flexible hours.
