Overview

The Senior Consultant role focuses on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM technical support, delivering exceptional customer service for the HCM product suite. Responsibilities include tracking incidents, diagnosing issues, replicating problems, troubleshooting, and resolving complex, critical cases. This position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Track, log, and manage incidents through the full lifecycle using standard support tools.
• Diagnose and replicate complex HCM issues in controlled environments.
• Troubleshoot critical production problems, identifying root causes efficiently.
• Develop and test custom solutions, patches, or workarounds for HCM configurations.
• Collaborate with Oracle development teams for escalated issues and product enhancements.
• Create comprehensive documentation, knowledge articles, and resolution reports.
• Mentor junior consultants and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on HCM best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM technical support or implementation.
• Deep knowledge of HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud tools like HDL, FBL, OTBI, and Redwood Experience.
• Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, REST APIs, and Groovy scripting for HCM customizations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in incident management methodologies.
