Responsibilities

• Track, diagnose, and resolve complex incidents in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules.
• Replicate customer issues in test environments for accurate troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients on HCM configurations and customizations.
• Develop and test custom reports, extensions, and integrations using Oracle tools like Page Composer and BI Publisher.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve critical cases efficiently.
• Perform root cause analysis and document solutions for knowledge base updates.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to junior team members and clients.
• Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM releases, patches, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM technical implementation and support.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management).
• Expertise in HDL, FBDI, REST APIs, Groovy scripting, and PaaS tools.
• Proven track record in incident management, troubleshooting, and customer support.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
