Overview

As a member of the Customer Success Services organisation, you will deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while advocating for their needs. Your role focuses on resolving non-technical inquiries via phone and electronic channels, as well as technical questions on Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM (Projects). This position is based in the United Kingdom and supports successful implementation and usage of Fusion Cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone, email, and electronic support channels.
• Address technical questions related to Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM (Projects) functionality and configuration.
• Provide implementation support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Projects modules.
• Serve as a customer advocate, escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Deliver solutions and best practices to optimize customer use of Fusion Cloud applications.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in PPM environments post-implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM (Projects) Implementation Consultant or Support Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Projects modules and implementation methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to handle technical and non-technical inquiries.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Oracle support tools, CRM systems, and remote troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
