Overview

The SCM Lead/Techno-Functional Support Expert role focuses on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM products, particularly OTM/GTM. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service through incidence tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolving complex critical cases. This position ensures high-quality support and operational excellence in the Oracle Fusion SCM suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead support for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM OTM/GTM modules, handling complex customer incidents.
• Track, diagnose, and replicate issues in OTM/GTM environments for efficient resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical and functional issues in SCM suite.
• Provide techno-functional expertise to guide customers on best practices and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve high-priority cases.
• Develop and maintain documentation for issue resolutions and knowledge base articles.
• Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems and improve system stability.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, with deep expertise in OTM/GTM.
• Proven track record in techno-functional support for complex SCM implementations.
• Strong skills in incidence management, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM suite and integration capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Oracle certifications in Fusion Cloud SCM/OTM preferred.
