The Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Technical - Principal Consultant role is for an SCM Technical Support Expert specializing in Oracle Fusion Suite SCM products. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolving complex, critical cases. Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Track, diagnose, and replicate customer-reported incidents efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex and critical technical issues in SCM products.
• Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve product defects.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles for common SCM issues.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring problems to prevent future occurrences.
• Conduct training sessions for junior support staff on SCM troubleshooting techniques.
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations for SCM cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM technical support or implementation.
• Deep expertise in Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle cloud technologies.
• Proven track record in diagnosing and resolving complex technical incidents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
