Responsibilities

• Provide expert consulting on Oracle Fusion ERP Finance modules, including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and Cash Management.
• Lead implementation, configuration, and customization of Fusion Financials for client deployments.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to customer finance teams.
• Analyze business requirements and design optimized Fusion ERP solutions aligned with best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with Oracle product development and ecosystem partners for innovative solutions.
• Deliver post-implementation support, upgrades, and optimization to drive customer success.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations on project progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Finance modules.
• Oracle Fusion Financials certification (e.g., Implementation Specialist).
• Proven track record in ERP implementations for large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, GAAP/IFRS compliance, and reporting standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
