Overview

Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Senior Consultant/Lead role in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Requires minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules and at least 2 full implementation cycles as a Technical Consultant. Lead technical delivery, customization, and support for HCM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Design and develop custom integrations using REST/SOAP web services.
• Configure HCM extracts, reports, and BI Publisher solutions.
• Develop and customize HCM pages using Page Composer and Redwood Experience.
• Perform Fast Formula, HDL, and HSDL data loads and validations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments.
• Mentor junior consultants and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather and implement requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM technical development.
• At least 2 full-cycle implementations as Technical Consultant.
• Expertise in Fusion HCM Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management.
• Strong skills in PL/SQL, Java, and Oracle APEX.
• Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and VBCS.
• Oracle Fusion HCM Technical certification preferred.
