Position Overview

As an Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant, you will serve as a functional specialist for Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud modules, guiding offshore and onshore client engagements from implementation to optimization. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and delivering tailored Oracle Fusion SCM solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Based in India, you will work on high-impact projects, leveraging your expertise to drive successful deployments and foster long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, and Manufacturing.
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops with onshore and offshore clients to map business processes to Oracle SCM Cloud capabilities.
• Configure and customize SCM solutions using Oracle Fusion tools, ensuring alignment with client-specific needs and best practices.
• Develop and execute test plans, including unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing for SCM implementations.
• Provide hands-on guidance during data migration, cutover planning, and go-live support for Oracle SCM Cloud deployments.
• Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams on SCM module functionalities and processes.
• Analyze and resolve post-implementation issues, optimizing SCM configurations for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SCM with other Oracle Fusion modules like ERP and HCM.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and deployment guides.
• Stay updated on Oracle SCM Cloud releases and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle SCM implementations, with at least 3 years focused on Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
• Proven expertise in configuring core SCM modules such as Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management.
• Hands-on experience with offshore-onshore client engagements, including requirements analysis and solution delivery.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain business processes and Oracle's functional setup manager (FSM).
• Proficiency in Oracle SCM Cloud tools like Redwood UX, OTBI, and BPM Workbench.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed for client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion SCM certification (e.g., Oracle Procurement Cloud, Inventory Cloud Implementation Specialist).
• Experience with advanced SCM modules like Supply Chain Planning, Maintenance, or Product Lifecycle Management.
• Familiarity with integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or PaaS services.
• Prior consulting experience with Big 4 firms or Oracle partner ecosystem.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Analytics.
