As an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant / Solution Architect in Bengaluru, you will specialize in Procurement, Inventory, and Costing modules for offshore and onshore client engagements. You will interact with customers to map business processes to Oracle SCM Cloud, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business processes and map them to Oracle SCM Cloud modules including Procurement, Inventory, and Costing.
• Design and architect end-to-end SCM solutions to meet client requirements.
• Lead functional configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, and process walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on best practices for SCM Cloud implementation and optimization.
• Support data migration, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to client teams post-implementation.
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and extensions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Cloud implementations, with focus on Procurement, Inventory, and Costing.
• Functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Certified professional preferred).
• Strong knowledge of supply chain business processes and industry best practices.
• Proven experience in solution design, fit-gap analysis, and configuration.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in offshore-onsite model and handle multiple projects.
