Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Communications Consultant to join our mission-driven organization focused on End User Engagement for Veterans Affairs. In this role, you will develop and execute communication strategies to enhance user adoption and satisfaction with Oracle Health solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful engagement initiatives for VA stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement communication plans to promote Oracle Health tools among VA end users.
• Develop engaging content including newsletters, training materials, and digital campaigns.
• Facilitate user feedback sessions and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Coordinate with VA stakeholders to align communications with organizational goals.
• Lead end-user training programs and adoption workshops.
• Monitor engagement metrics and report on communication effectiveness.
• Create multimedia resources to support user onboarding and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure user-centric feature communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Health, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare communications, preferably in government or VA contexts.
• Proven expertise in end-user engagement and change management strategies.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Health platforms or similar EHR systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder experience.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and work in Arlington, VA.
