Overview

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance. Provides quality work products to project teams or customers, complying with Oracle methodologies and practices. Focuses on Health Information Management solutions within Oracle Health.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle Health Information Management systems for clients.
• Analyze healthcare data workflows and recommend optimizations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for health information systems.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on system functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in health data management platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet standards.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
• Support data migration and integration projects for healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in health information management or consulting.
• Proficiency in Oracle Health or similar EHR systems.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for client engagements.
