Overview

Oracle Health Federal seeks an experienced Clinical Supply Chain Consultant to design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) implementations for Federal agencies including DoD, USCG, VA, and IHS. The Principal Consultant will drive clinical supply chain optimization, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with federal standards. Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of Clinical Supply Chain modules within Oracle Health EHR (Millennium).
• Collaborate with Federal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Configure, test, and activate supply chain workflows for inventory management, procurement, and distribution.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for clinical supply chain optimization in federal healthcare environments.
• Support go-live activities, including training end-users and troubleshooting issues.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend customizations to meet agency-specific needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, such as HIPAA and FISMA, in all implementations.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the Oracle Health Federal team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience implementing Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) Clinical Supply Chain solutions.
• Proven track record working with Federal agencies (DoD, VA, USCG, or IHS).
• Deep expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and procurement processes in healthcare.
• Strong consulting skills with experience leading end-to-end implementation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, Supply Chain Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance (Secret or higher).
