Overview

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance to deliver high-quality work products to project teams or customers. Specializes in Oracle Health Federal solutions for Clinical Supply Chain in the United States. Ensures compliance with Oracle methodologies and practices while driving clinical supply chain optimization.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Oracle Health Clinical Supply Chain modules for federal healthcare clients.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design for supply chain processes.
• Lead system testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams on Oracle solutions.
• Support integration with federal systems like EHR and procurement platforms.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for supply chain visibility.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance post-go-live.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare supply chain consulting or implementation.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Health (Cerner) Clinical Supply Chain solutions.
• Experience with federal healthcare regulations (e.g., VA, DoD, HIPAA).
• Strong functional knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
