Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of integrated technologies for Oracle Health's VA program.
• Serve as the primary technical authority, providing strategic guidance on system integrations and architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including VA stakeholders, to ensure seamless technology deployments.
• Manage engagement lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Drive innovation in health IT solutions, identifying opportunities for efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for integrated systems.
• Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing within the engagement management team.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites, delivering presentations and leading on-site implementations.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required; ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
• 10+ years of experience in health IT, with focus on integrated technologies and VA programs.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Health platforms, EHR systems, and interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7).
• Proven track record as a technical lead in large-scale enterprise engagements.
• Strong project management skills, including Agile methodologies and stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
