Overview

Oracle Health seeks an experienced Principal Consultant to design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) solutions for Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, U.S. Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of Oracle Health Millennium EHR oncology modules for Federal clients.
• Configure and activate oncology-specific workflows, including treatment planning and chemotherapy management.
• Provide expert implementation support across DoD, VA, Coast Guard, and IHS agencies.
• Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis for oncology clinical processes.
• Develop custom oncology reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle tools.
• Train end-users and create documentation for oncology system adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless EHR integration and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex oncology-related technical issues post-go-live.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle Health Millennium EHR, with oncology focus.
• Proven track record delivering EHR solutions to U.S. Federal healthcare agencies.
• Deep knowledge of oncology clinical workflows and HIMSS standards.
• Strong configuration skills in Millennium oncology applications.
• Experience with Federal compliance (e.g., FISMA, HIPAA, HITRUST).
• Excellent consulting skills with ability to manage client stakeholders.
