Oracle Health seeks an experienced Principal Consultant to design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) implementations for Federal agencies including DOD, US Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of Oracle Health EHR Millennium solutions tailored to federal healthcare requirements.
• Activate and deploy PowerTrials and Research modules for clinical trials and data management.
• Provide expert implementation support across DOD, VA, Coast Guard, and Indian Health Service.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize EHR workflows.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and go-live activities for seamless deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• Train end-users and develop documentation for federal agency teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security standards, and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle Health EHR Millennium solutions.
• Deep expertise in PowerTrials and Research modules for clinical and research applications.
• Proven track record with Federal healthcare agencies (DOD, VA, IHS, or Coast Guard).
• Strong knowledge of EHR configuration, activation, and optimization best practices.
• Excellent consulting skills with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
