Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to own the technical components of client implementations and support for Oracle Health solutions across Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, U.S. Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. This role requires a U.S. citizen able to commit to 50% travel anywhere in the U.S. Join us to drive impactful healthcare technology integrations in mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of Oracle Health solutions for Federal agency implementations.
• Manage end-to-end project timelines, resources, and deliverables for client deployments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Health technologies seamlessly.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for deployed systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for technical implementations.
• Collaborate with Federal stakeholders to align solutions with agency requirements.
• Oversee system testing, validation, and go-live processes for Oracle Health platforms.
• Document technical architectures, configurations, and support procedures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical project management for enterprise software implementations.
• Proven expertise with Oracle Health or similar healthcare IT solutions.
• Strong understanding of Federal healthcare systems (DoD, VA, IHS, USCG).
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability for 50% domestic travel.
