Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interoperability Project Manager to oversee technical components of client implementations and support Oracle Health solutions for Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation of Oracle Health solutions for Federal clients, ensuring interoperability with existing systems.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for complex interoperability initiatives across DoD, VA, and IHS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and stakeholders, to define and execute integration strategies.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and risk assessments for healthcare data exchange projects.
• Oversee testing, validation, and go-live activities for HL7 FHIR, APIs, and other standards-based integrations.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of deployed Oracle Health systems.
• Develop project documentation, status reports, and compliance artifacts for Federal regulations like HIPAA and FISMA.
• Mentor junior project managers and foster knowledge sharing within the interoperability team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare IT project management, with focus on interoperability and Federal implementations.
• Proven expertise in HL7 FHIR, Mirth Connect, or similar integration engines and standards.
• Strong understanding of Federal healthcare systems (DoD, VA, IHS) and regulations (HIPAA, FISMA).
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification; experience with healthcare-specific frameworks a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in high-stakes environments.
