Position Overview

As an Oracle Health Senior Organizational Change Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding healthcare organizations through complex transformations using Oracle Health solutions. Leveraging your expertise in change management, industry best practices, and technology implementation, you will drive adoption and realize business value for clients. This role demands up to 85% travel and requires U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Federal Security Clearance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess organizational needs, design change strategies, and ensure seamless integration of Oracle Health technologies into client workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead organizational change management (OCM) strategies for Oracle Health implementations, aligning with client business objectives and technology roadmaps.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and develop tailored communication plans to drive adoption across healthcare organizations.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and enablement sessions to empower end-users with Oracle Health solutions.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend best practices for optimizing workflows within Oracle Health platforms.
  • Facilitate change impact assessments, identifying risks and mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate OCM activities into overall implementation timelines and deliverables.

  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing on healthcare industry trends.
  • Travel up to 85% to client sites across the United States to conduct on-site change management activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in organizational change management consulting, with at least 3 years in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Proven track record leading OCM for enterprise software implementations, preferably in healthcare IT systems.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare business processes, regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and digital transformation challenges.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience engaging C-suite executives and frontline staff.
  • U.S. Citizenship required, with ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Security Clearance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 85% domestically, including overnight stays.
  • Proficiency in OCM methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, or similar frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Organizational Change, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline.
  • Experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) solutions or comparable EHR/EMR systems.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or project management (e.g., PMP).
  • Background in consulting for federal healthcare clients or government-regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices in healthcare technology deployments.
