Sells Oracle Healthcare Supply Chain solutions directly or via partners to named accounts, non-named accounts, and geographical territories in the UAE. Drives revenue growth by identifying customer needs in healthcare supply chain management and delivering tailored Oracle cloud-based solutions. Collaborates with teams to ensure successful sales cycles and customer satisfaction in the dynamic UAE healthcare market.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads within the UAE healthcare sector focusing on supply chain needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of Oracle Healthcare Supply Chain solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for assigned territory.
• Collaborate with partners and channel teams to expand market reach.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing quotations.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations and supply chain trends in the UAE.
• Provide post-sales support and coordinate implementation with customer success teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in healthcare or supply chain.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in the UAE/Gulf region.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare supply chain processes and challenges.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud solutions or comparable ERP/Supply Chain platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
