Overview

Oracle NetSuite is seeking a driven Account Executive for our Mid-Market West team to drive revenue growth by selling cloud-based ERP solutions to mid-sized businesses. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while building strong customer relationships across the Western US. Join a high-energy team and leverage NetSuite's market-leading platform to exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities within mid-market accounts in the Western US.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers and partners to develop customized solutions.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through strategic selling.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track pipeline and forecast accurately.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to position NetSuite effectively.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in SaaS/ERP.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in mid-market segment.
  • Strong understanding of financials, ERP, CRM, or cloud business applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-level executives.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; location in Western US preferred.
