Position Overview

As an Oracle NetSuite Corporate Account Executive based in Austin, TX, you will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with corporate accounts in the NetSuite ecosystem. This role focuses on selling our cloud ERP solutions to mid-market enterprises, leveraging consultative selling to address complex business challenges. You will collaborate with sales teams, partners, and customers to deliver tailored NetSuite implementations that drive measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with corporate accounts seeking NetSuite ERP solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate and expand existing corporate customer bases
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to uncover customer pain points and align NetSuite capabilities
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in target accounts
  • Collaborate with solution engineers and partners to craft customized proposals and pricing strategies
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and deal closure
  • Track pipeline activities in Salesforce, providing accurate forecasts and insights to sales leadership
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and trade shows to generate leads and enhance Oracle NetSuite brand visibility
  • Analyze customer success metrics to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas through disciplined sales execution

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise software sales, preferably SaaS or ERP solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas in a corporate account management role
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based ERP, CRM, and financial management systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging C-suite executives
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and sales enablement tools
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events
  • Willingness to relocate to or work from Austin, TX

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday)
  • Existing network of contacts in mid-market corporate sectors like manufacturing, retail, or services
  • Advanced knowledge of financial processes and compliance standards (e.g., GAAP, SOX)
  • Certification in NetSuite sales or solution consulting
  • Experience with partner ecosystem management and channel sales
