Position Overview

As an Oracle NetSuite Corporate Account Executive based in Austin, TX, you will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with corporate accounts in the NetSuite ecosystem. This role focuses on selling NetSuite's full suite of cloud ERP, financial management, and industry-specific solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients. You will collaborate with sales teams, partners, and customers to achieve quota attainment while delivering exceptional value through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within targeted corporate accounts to drive NetSuite pipeline growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to uncover business needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing NetSuite's ERP, CRM, and financial management capabilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue, upsell opportunities, and customer retention
  • Collaborate with solution consultants, partners, and internal teams to craft tailored proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, achieving and exceeding quarterly quota targets
  • Analyze customer business challenges and position NetSuite as the optimal cloud solution for digital transformation
  • Track sales activities in Salesforce CRM, forecast accurately, and provide regular pipeline updates to leadership
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and trade shows to generate leads and enhance Oracle NetSuite brand visibility
  • Stay abreast of competitive landscape, market trends, and NetSuite product updates to refine sales strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales, preferably SaaS or ERP solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas in a corporate account management role
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based ERP, financials, CRM, and supply chain management solutions
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and deal sizes exceeding $500K ARR
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to influence executives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct sales experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or comparable ERP platforms like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Existing network of contacts in mid-market or corporate sectors such as manufacturing, retail, or services
  • Technical aptitude to grasp NetSuite's platform architecture and customization capabilities
  • Experience in strategic account planning and territory management within the Austin or Southwest US market
  • Certification in NetSuite sales or related Oracle credentials
