Position Overview

As an Oracle NetSuite Corporate Account Executive based in Austin, TX, you will drive revenue growth by selling NetSuite's cloud-based ERP, financial management, and CRM solutions to mid-market and corporate accounts. This high-impact role involves building strategic relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and exceeding quota through consultative selling. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address customer business challenges and accelerate their success with Oracle NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new corporate account leads within assigned territory to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Conduct discovery calls and demonstrations to uncover customer needs and position Oracle NetSuite as the optimal solution
  • Manage full sales cycles from initial outreach through negotiation, contract signing, and customer handoff to implementation teams
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders to drive deal progression and expansion opportunities
  • Develop customized value propositions and ROI analyses to differentiate NetSuite against competitors
  • Collaborate with solution consultants, partners, and internal teams to craft winning proposals and overcome objections
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain CRM data in Salesforce for pipeline visibility
  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas through strategic account planning and execution
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and NetSuite product updates to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Participate in trade shows, webinars, and customer events to generate demand and represent Oracle NetSuite

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of exceeding quota
  • Demonstrated success selling SaaS/ERP solutions to mid-market or corporate accounts
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM and sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger Sale
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-level executives
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings, events, and conferences
  • Results-oriented mindset with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience selling Oracle NetSuite or similar cloud ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Workday)
  • Existing network of contacts in finance, operations, or IT leadership within target industries
  • Advanced knowledge of financial management, supply chain, or CRM best practices
  • Certified in NetSuite sales or equivalent ERP training
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
