Position Overview

As an Oracle NetSuite Corporate Account Executive based in Austin, TX, you will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with mid-market and corporate accounts. This role involves strategic sales cycles, consultative selling, and partnering with customers to deliver tailored NetSuite ERP solutions that transform their business operations. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, leveraging your expertise to exceed sales targets and contribute to Oracle's market leadership in cloud financials and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and manage a pipeline of corporate accounts within assigned territory to achieve quarterly and annual revenue quotas
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos to uncover customer business challenges and position NetSuite as the optimal cloud ERP solution
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including upselling and cross-selling NetSuite modules like financials, CRM, and e-commerce
  • Collaborate with solution consultants, partners, and internal teams to craft customized proposals and negotiate complex contracts
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to drive customer retention and expansion
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast accurately, and report on pipeline health
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and trade shows to generate leads and enhance Oracle NetSuite brand visibility
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge
  • Ensure smooth handoffs to customer success teams post-sale for seamless implementation and adoption
  • Meet or exceed sales performance metrics, including win rates, deal size, and customer satisfaction scores

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise software sales, preferably SaaS or ERP solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas in a corporate account management role
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based ERP systems and financial management software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging C-level executives
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling Oracle NetSuite or comparable ERP solutions like SAP or Workday
  • Existing network of contacts in mid-market or corporate sectors (e.g., manufacturing, retail, services)
