Position Overview

As an Oracle NetSuite Corporate Account Executive based in Austin, TX, you will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with corporate accounts in the NetSuite ERP cloud platform space. This role involves strategic sales cycles, solution demonstrations, and closing complex deals to deliver NetSuite's transformative financial and operational solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed sales targets and build long-term partnerships with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new corporate account opportunities within assigned territory to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to uncover customer pain points and align NetSuite solutions accordingly
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations showcasing NetSuite's ERP, CRM, and financial management capabilities
  • Manage full sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation, contract signing, and deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in target organizations
  • Collaborate with solution architects, partners, and internal teams to develop customized proposals and pricing strategies
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through strategic account planning and execution
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using Salesforce CRM
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and trade shows to generate leads and enhance Oracle NetSuite brand visibility
  • Provide post-sale support and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Demonstrated success selling SaaS/ERP solutions to corporate accounts
  • Strong understanding of financial management, ERP systems, and cloud-based business applications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, including pipeline management and forecasting
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings, conferences, and events
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday)
  • Existing network of contacts in finance, operations, or IT leadership within corporate enterprises
  • Technical aptitude to learn and discuss NetSuite's full suite of modules and integrations
  • Advanced degree or MBA
  • Proven experience in the Austin, TX market or Southwest US territory
