Position Overview

Join Oracle NetSuite’s Customer Success Shared Resource Team (SRT) as a Customer Success Associate Consultant, where you’ll launch a rewarding career supporting customers in maximizing the value of their NetSuite investments. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a vibrant community focused on professional growth, teamwork, and driving innovation for global customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in adopting and optimizing Oracle NetSuite solutions through proactive guidance and best practices.
  • Conduct post-implementation support, including user training sessions and configuration troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop tailored success plans that drive customer retention and expansion.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and intervene early to resolve potential issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Document customer interactions, resolutions, and recommendations in CRM systems for seamless knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in customer workshops and demos to showcase NetSuite features and enhance user adoption.
  • Analyze usage data to identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and value realization.
  • Contribute to team knowledge base by creating guides, FAQs, and case studies based on real-world experiences.
  • Support global customers across time zones, providing timely responses via chat, email, and phone.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on NetSuite product releases and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer support, consulting, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of ERP, CRM, or financial software concepts.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar cloud-based business applications.
  • Prior internship or exposure in customer success, account management, or consulting.
  • Certification in NetSuite Administration or SuiteFoundation (or willingness to obtain).
  • Fluency in Spanish or additional languages to support global customers.
