Position Overview

Join Oracle NetSuite’s Customer Success Shared Resource Team (SRT) as a Customer Success Associate Consultant in Toronto, where you’ll support customers in maximizing the value of their NetSuite investment. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in consulting, customer engagement, and professional development within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in configuring and optimizing NetSuite modules to meet business needs
  • Conduct post-implementation support sessions, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to deliver proactive success plans
  • Document customer interactions, resolutions, and recommendations in CRM systems
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to team best practices
  • Support user training and adoption programs to drive NetSuite utilization
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend enhancements
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay current with NetSuite updates and features
  • Assist in preparing customer-facing reports and success metrics
  • Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving SRT processes and tools

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer support, consulting, or SaaS environments
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or financial software concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset
  • Eligibility to work in Canada with ability to be based in Toronto, ON

Preferred Qualifications

  • NetSuite certification or experience with cloud-based ERP systems
  • Familiarity with SuiteScript or basic SQL querying
  • Previous internship or exposure to professional services consulting
  • Bilingual skills in English and French
  • Knowledge of accounting, finance, or supply chain processes
