Position Overview

The Oracle Pipeline Requisition (not an active role) is a strategic talent pipeline initiative to identify and engage top-tier professionals for future opportunities within Oracle's expanding operations in Saudi Arabia. This requisition ensures we maintain a robust bench of exceptional candidates ready to contribute to high-impact projects across cloud infrastructure, database management, and enterprise applications. While not an active hiring position, selected candidates will be prioritized for upcoming roles aligned with their expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on designing scalable cloud solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for enterprise clients
• Develop and optimize database architectures using Oracle Database technologies to ensure high performance and reliability
• Implement secure, efficient data pipelines to support real-time analytics and business intelligence
• Lead integration projects connecting on-premises systems with Oracle's hybrid cloud environments
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting for mission-critical applications in production
• Mentor junior team members on best practices for Oracle middleware and application development
• Participate in agile sprints to deliver innovative features for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle-based solutions
• Ensure compliance with regional data sovereignty regulations and security standards in all implementations
• Contribute to proof-of-concept projects showcasing Oracle's AI/ML capabilities for Saudi market needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience with Oracle Database administration or development
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX for building enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services including compute, storage, and networking
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-availability database environments and disaster recovery
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in performance optimization and query tuning
• Experience working in multicultural teams, preferably in the Middle East region
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle certifications such as OCP, OCA, or Oracle Cloud certifications
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications or Oracle E-Business Suite
• Familiarity with DevOps practices using Oracle's CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration with Oracle services like Autonomous Database
• Prior experience supporting Saudi government or large enterprise clients
