Overview

Oracle Primavera Sr. Functional Consultant specializing in P6 and Unifier, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Primavera solutions for construction and project management. Deliver expert functional consulting to drive project success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Oracle Primavera P6 for enterprise project scheduling and resource management.
• Implement and support Oracle Unifier for project cost management, contracts, and financial tracking.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops with clients.
• Lead system integrations with ERP, BI tools, and third-party applications.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform system upgrades, and ensure optimal performance.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs using P6 Analytics and Unifier BI Publisher.
• Collaborate with technical teams for data migration and deployment activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6 and Unifier implementations.
• Oracle Primavera certification (P6 Professional and/or Unifier) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience in construction, engineering, or EPC industry projects.
• Proficiency in SQL, BI Publisher, and integration technologies like SOAP/REST APIs.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work in client-facing roles.
