Overview

Oracle Canadian Public Sector is seeking a highly experienced SaaS Pre-Sales Solution Consultant (Senior Sales Consultant) to drive sales success in the public sector. You will collaborate with sales teams to demonstrate Oracle's SaaS solutions, addressing complex customer needs through tailored demos and proofs-of-concept. Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities, delivering compelling SaaS solution demonstrations to public sector clients.
• Collaborate with account teams to develop winning sales strategies and solution architectures.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover customer requirements and pain points.
• Design and execute proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations to showcase value.
• Provide technical expertise during RFP responses and customer evaluations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key public sector stakeholders.
• Stay current on Oracle SaaS products, public sector trends, and competitive landscape.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to sales enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SaaS pre-sales or solution consulting, ideally in public sector.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud SaaS applications (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM).
• Proven track record of closing complex deals through technical leadership.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.
• Experience with public sector procurement processes and compliance standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
