We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst for ORM Support in Bengaluru, specializing in Oracle technologies. The ideal candidate excels in a support role, with strong expertise in Database, SQL, PL/SQL, Linux, and Enterprise Manager. Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Database issues using Enterprise Manager.
• Develop and troubleshoot SQL and PL/SQL scripts for performance optimization.
• Monitor and manage Oracle databases on Linux environments.
• Analyze alerts, diagnose root causes, and implement resolutions in production systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical incidents.
• Perform database tuning, patching, and maintenance activities.
• Document support processes, incidents, and knowledge base articles.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to 24/7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Database support and administration.
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
• Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
• Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and performance tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-facing communication.
