Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of PaaS extensions for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance extension solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and features.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews for best practices.
• Integrate extensions with core PaaS services like Functions, API Gateway, and Streaming.
• Drive innovation by prototyping new extension capabilities and frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle's security, performance, and reliability standards.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field; 8+ years of experience.
• Expertise in Java, Node.js, Python, or Go for cloud-native development.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) PaaS services.
• Strong experience in microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven leadership in agile teams with excellent communication skills.
