Position Overview

As a PAM – Partner Account Manager APPS (Vaga exclusiva para pessoa com deficiência - PCD), you will drive partner engagement and sales growth for Oracle's Cloud Applications portfolio in the Brazilian market. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with key partners to co-sell Oracle solutions, expand market reach, and achieve revenue targets. Based in São Paulo, SP, Brazil, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with sales teams and partners to connect customers with transformative Oracle technologies. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned partners to maximize Oracle Cloud Applications sales opportunities
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with partner executives, sales teams, and technical resources to drive joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Collaborate with Oracle field sales representatives to identify, qualify, and close partner-led opportunities within target accounts
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, align on goals, and identify areas for growth
  • Enable partners through training, certification programs, and marketing support to enhance their ability to sell Oracle Applications
  • Track partner pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and report on key metrics to senior leadership
  • Negotiate partner agreements, incentives, and joint business plans to ensure mutual success
  • Represent Oracle at partner events, industry conferences, and customer meetings to promote Applications solutions
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to recommend partner strategies that accelerate adoption
  • Drive partner-led demand generation campaigns to create new business opportunities in the APPS domain

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or account management within the technology sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through partner ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of cloud applications, SaaS models, and enterprise software sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in Portuguese and English
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within Brazil for partner meetings and events
  • PCD status (Pessoa com Deficiência) as per Brazilian legal requirements for this exclusive vacancy
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling Oracle Cloud Applications or similar ERP/CRM/HCM solutions
