Oracle is seeking a Payroll Analyst 2-Fin to join our EMEA payroll operations team in Bucharest, Romania. The role involves managing salaries, taxes, and payments across multiple EMEA countries. This position ensures accurate and timely payroll processing in a dynamic global environment.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for EMEA employees, including salary calculations and deductions.
• Handle tax filings and compliance for various EMEA countries.
• Review and validate payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related issues.
• Prepare payroll reports and analytics for management review.
• Support payroll system testing and implementation of updates.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience in EMEA region.
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Strong knowledge of EMEA tax and labor regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages preferred.
