Responsible for paying salaries and taxes for EMEA Oracle employees on time and accurately. Handles internal and external audits to ensure compliance. Responds to employee queries regarding payroll matters.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for EMEA Oracle employees accurately and on time.
• Calculate and remit taxes and statutory deductions.
• Conduct internal audits to verify payroll accuracy.
• Coordinate external audits and provide required documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries on payroll, benefits, and taxes.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience in EMEA region.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Oracle systems.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian and EMEA tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English; Romanian preferred.
