Overview

We are seeking a PeopleSoft Administrator on contract in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of experience as a PeopleSoft administrator, with strong expertise in installing and configuring PeopleSoft environments. Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft applications and environments.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and migrations for PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM modules.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize PeopleSoft databases.
• Manage user access, security, and role-based permissions in PeopleSoft.
• Implement and support PeopleSoft integrations with third-party systems.
• Conduct regular backups, recovery testing, and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders for environment deployments.
• Document configurations, procedures, and provide knowledge transfer to teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft installation, configuration, and environment management.
• Proficiency in Oracle databases, PeopleTools, and Application Designer.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions modules.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
