Overview

Oracle Health & Analytics seeks PhD Applied Scientists graduating with their Doctorate by June/July 2026 or within the past 12 months. Join our innovative team to advance healthcare analytics through cutting-edge AI and machine learning. Target start date: early June or mid-July 2026 in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models for healthcare data analytics.
  • Conduct research on large-scale health datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into Oracle products.
  • Design experiments and evaluate model performance in real-world clinical scenarios.
  • Publish findings and contribute to patents in health AI innovations.
  • Optimize algorithms for scalability on cloud infrastructure.
  • Analyze multimodal data including EHRs, imaging, and genomics.
  • Mentor junior scientists and present at internal/external conferences.

Qualifications

  • PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field (graduating by June/July 2026 or within 12 months prior).
  • Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Proven research experience with publications in top-tier conferences/journals.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
  • Experience with healthcare data or domains (EHR, imaging, NLP).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
