Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and portfolio management for Oracle Health Commercial Consulting.
• Oversee delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams to scale operations and drive revenue growth.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and partnerships within the healthcare industry.
• Identify emerging trends and innovate service offerings for Oracle Health platforms.
• Manage P&L responsibilities, optimizing profitability and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Oracle executives and clients to align on commercial priorities.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in healthcare consulting, with 8+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading commercial portfolios and driving multimillion-dollar revenue.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Health technologies or similar EHR/cloud platforms.
• Strong business acumen with P&L management experience.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
