Oracle is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant for Preventas de ERP in Costa Rica to drive sales of our leading ERP solutions. Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads for Oracle ERP solutions targeting mid-to-large enterprises.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to craft customized ERP implementation proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve sales quotas.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer success for renewals and upsells.
• Report sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to regional management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ERP software sales, preferably Oracle or similar (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, HCM, SCM) and cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Strong understanding of the Costa Rican and Latin American enterprise market.
