Oracle is seeking an experienced Principal Adoption Program Manager (APM) to support customers in adopting Fusion Analytics and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). In this role, you will drive customer success by guiding adoption strategies, mitigating risks, and ensuring measurable value realization. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute adoption roadmaps tailored to customer needs for Fusion Analytics/FDI.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify adoption barriers and success metrics.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs to accelerate product adoption.
• Monitor adoption progress using KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues impacting customer adoption and value realization.
• Build relationships with key customer executives to champion ongoing FDI usage.
• Contribute to adoption best practices and playbooks for Oracle's analytics portfolio.
• Report on program outcomes and drive continuous improvement in adoption strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer success, program management, or adoption roles.
• Proven track record with Oracle Fusion Analytics, FDI, or similar cloud analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of SaaS adoption lifecycle and customer success frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at executive levels.
• Experience with data analytics, BI tools, and enterprise software implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
