Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML models for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Optimize AI algorithms for performance, efficiency, and real-time inference.
• Integrate AI solutions with Oracle's database, analytics, and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with product teams to define AI feature roadmaps and innovations.
• Conduct experiments, A/B testing, and performance benchmarking of AI systems.
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead AI architecture reviews.
• Stay ahead of AI trends to drive Oracle's competitive edge in enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with production-scale deployments.
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud AI services (e.g., OCI AI, AWS SageMaker).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle technologies (OCI, Autonomous Database, Fusion Apps).
• Proven track record of optimizing ML models for latency, cost, and accuracy.
• Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, CI/CD for AI).
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
