We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead image and video generation model research and development efforts at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Gen AI. As the video generation model scientist lead, you will drive cutting-edge video synthesis, style transfer, and editing technologies. Lead a team of world-class scientists to explore new frontiers in multimodal AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and development of state-of-the-art image and video generation models.
• Drive innovation in video synthesis, style transfer, and advanced editing techniques.
• Mentor and manage a team of applied scientists and researchers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production OCI services.
• Publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals.
• Prototype and evaluate novel multimodal AI architectures.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI and computer vision.
• Contribute to strategic roadmaps for OCI Gen AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML research, with focus on generative models.
• Proven track record leading research teams in video/image generation.
• Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and multimodal models.
• Strong publication record in top venues (NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML).
• Experience with large-scale model training and deployment.
