Overview

The Principal Business Analyst leads impactful internal communication campaigns, executive presentations, cultural programs, and marketing efforts to boost employee engagement and reinforce Oracle’s values. This role collaborates globally with executives and teams to deliver compelling, brand-aligned content, with a focus on communications, marketing, and cultural initiatives. Experience with AI functionalities and applications is required.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, communications, or marketing.
• Proven expertise in AI functionalities and applications.
• Strong skills in stakeholder collaboration and global team management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive-level audiences.
• Experience with content creation, campaign management, and analytics tools.
