Job Description
Overview
Partners with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that solve healthcare and life sciences business challenges. Drives Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating adoption of cloud services through discovery, design, and deployment. Ensures scalable, secure solutions tailored to industry-specific needs like HIPAA compliance and data sovereignty.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare customers to assess cloud needs and architect tailored Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Design and demonstrate scalable cloud architectures for life sciences applications, including AI/ML and analytics.
- Lead proof-of-concept deployments to showcase Oracle Cloud value and accelerate customer adoption.
- Partner with sales and engineering teams to align solutions with customer business outcomes.
- Ensure architectures meet regulatory standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA requirements.
- Drive cloud consumption growth through optimization, migration strategies, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership in workshops, RFPs, and solution blueprints for complex engagements.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to Oracle Cloud healthcare industry thought leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with 5+ years in healthcare/life sciences.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including compute, storage, and networking.
- Proven track record designing compliant solutions for regulated industries (HIPAA, HITRUST).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and life sciences workloads.
- Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud environments and large-scale migrations.
- Excellent communication skills for C-level presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
