Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Principal Cloud Architect with deep expertise in HPC, GPU infrastructure, and AI platform engineering to join our growing team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will design and deploy large-scale accelerated computing solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), lead customer engagements, and drive adoption of cutting-edge AI workloads. Responsibilities
- Design and architect large-scale HPC and GPU-accelerated computing solutions on OCI.
- Lead technical engagements with customers to understand and solve complex AI/HPC workloads.
- Deploy and optimize AI platforms, including model training, inference, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to innovate and enhance OCI's accelerated computing capabilities.
- Conduct performance tuning and benchmarking for GPU clusters and high-performance storage.
- Drive proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots for enterprise AI and HPC use cases.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, HPC, and cloud infrastructure to inform strategic roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with 5+ years focused on HPC/GPU/AI workloads.
- Deep expertise in OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP, with hands-on GPU cluster deployment experience.
- Strong knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and HPC tools (Slurm, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record leading customer-facing technical engagements and solution delivery.
- Excellent programming skills in Python, C++, or Java, with experience in cloud-native development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
