Overview

Partners with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that solve business challenges. Drives customer consumption of Oracle Cloud services by accelerating adoption through discovery, design, and deployment. Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver scalable, innovative cloud solutions in Shanghai.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored Oracle Cloud architectures to address customer business problems.
• Demonstrate cloud solutions to customers and stakeholders effectively.
• Deploy Oracle Cloud services to accelerate customer adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to identify and pursue cloud opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on solution development.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover customer cloud needs.
• Drive consumption growth through proactive service recommendations.
• Provide technical guidance and support during cloud migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in cloud solutions architecture or engineering.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and services.
• Strong knowledge of cloud design principles, security, and scalability.
• Proven track record of customer-facing technical engagements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Mandarin fluency preferred.
