Oracle Consulting Services is seeking a Principal Consultant for Identity and Access Management (IDAM) in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. In this role, you will lead complex IDAM implementations, provide strategic advisory services, and drive digital transformation for Oracle's enterprise clients. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IDAM solution design, implementation, and deployment for enterprise clients
• Provide expert consulting on Oracle Identity Governance, Access Management, and related products
• Conduct workshops, assessments, and roadmap development for customer IDAM strategies
• Architect scalable, secure identity solutions integrating with cloud and on-premises environments
• Mentor junior consultants and lead project teams to ensure delivery excellence
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning proposals and statements of work
• Troubleshoot complex IDAM issues and provide production support during implementations
• Stay current with IDAM industry trends and contribute to Oracle's thought leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IDAM consulting, architecture, or implementation
• Deep expertise in Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), OAM, OIM, or related products
• Strong knowledge of identity standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and federation
• Proven track record leading large-scale IDAM projects with Fortune 500 clients
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, Oracle IDAM certifications preferred)
